Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
To look for new customers and attend to inquiries
To assist in all matters related to Export Department
To assist Export Manager in analyzing and planning the customer service related activities
Maintain close communication with customers and attend to any inquiry, feedback or complaints on a timely and professional manner
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, International trade or related discipline
Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Proficient in Words, Excel and Power Point
Good communication skill and self-starter and able to work independently
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
