Job ResponsibilityNetiquette Software is a Singapore based Cloud Business Solutions and we have operations in Malaysia. We are expanding our team as we are gearing up for growth after the 2 years of Covid Pandemic.
The successful candidate will need to;
1. This position/s is to provide assistance to our customers, with day to day operational matters relating to Netiquette Cloud Based Suite of Solutions thru a support hotline, email and ticketing system.
2. You will be required to log, manage, escalate and resolve issues in accurate, timely and efficient manners.
3. Your day will comprises of call taking, logging service desk tickets, remote access support, application troubleshooting, problem solving and resolutions, identification and escalation to the relevant product development team.
4. You may also be assigned to conduct onsite training to our customers across the region.
