Job Responsibility

• Facebook, Instagram, Customer Service, Handle Enquiry
• Learn and understand our products and have the passion for helping customers
• Learn to reply to customers when they are asking for information or have questions
• Learn to handle and manage Facebook & Instagram pages
• Learn to communicate with customers using social media platforms ( Facebook & Instagram )
• Learn to follow up with customers and maintain a good relationship with them
• Learn about branding
• Learn how to publish Facebook & Instagram advertisement
• Learn how to do basic photo designing
• Learn about video editing
• Learn about advanced digital

Job Requirements
 

• Good in communication (mandarin)
• Initiative
• Personal laptop required
• Prefer someone who has experience in sales
