The Job:
Assist in preparing sales quotations, correspondence letters and promotional letters if any.
Prepare and issue sales invoices
Generate and complete pre show costing and post show costing.
On site support during show or events such as attend to customer order, collect payment for outstanding account and new orders, assist in resolving customer complaints if any and coordinate with project team to ensure delivery of furniture timely and accurately.
Consolidate supplier invoices for verification and approval.
Complete document filing for the respective project/show file
Assist in preparing sales report, client database, tender preparation and other ad-hoc task assign by the team.
The Person:
Fresh graduates, school leaver or with minimum 1 years of experience in sales support, administration or secretary function.
Proficient in MS Office.
Good command in English for both oral and written.
Ability to multitask, work beyond the normal office hours and work in a fast pace and challenging environment.
Willingness to travel and occasionally work on weekend and public holidays is a must.
