Job overview and key responsibilities:
- Responsible for design, develop and execute staff engagement activities
- Develop engagement calendars on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Work closely with HOD to plan, identify and execute relevant staff engagement strategies with the focus of fostering strong relationship and promote company culture
- Initiate and implement communication plan to drive engagements
- Lead and execute campus engagement, staff engagement activities including of Sports, CSR, Leisure and Wellness.
- Oversees the event timeline and manages corporate office projects including ad-hoc projects

Experience & Education:
- Diploma in Event Management, Human Resource, Communications or related field of studies
- Proven experience with event management is an added advantage

Other skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong organizational, planning and project management skills to manage event projects, external vendors and internal colleagues of different levels
- Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills, delivering to tight deadlines while managing conflicting priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, able to influence and create positive stakeholder relationship
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic design skills (Canva etc)
