Job Responsibility* Accept high level requirements received from business and work with the business to refine the requirements into specific Telecommunication Infrastructure.
* Define the scope, design the solution, review, negotiate and prioritize requirements with business process owners, system owners and technology architects.
* Estimate cost and prepare technical specifications, considering capacity, licenses, development and support.
* Ensure technical specifications are in line with Telecommunication masterplan, blueprint and guidelines.
* Develop and enhance necessary use-cases/test scenarios and service acceptance criteria
* Propose performance levels for new service.
* Provide technical guidance to project team and technical level 3 support to operation.
* Work on projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments.
* Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the Telecommunication network solution
