Job ResponsibilityAssist E-commerce Sales Team
o Assist to Monitor business extension performance growth and progress.
o Liaising with vendors on all the promotions and menu updates
o Assist to develop and liaising with relevant department for promotion, menu and POS integration
o Assist on Report Management related to business extension sales, marketing and customer related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, spending patterns, etc.
o Handling online procedure and support operations needs for better operation execution
o Handling sales variance troubleshooting process and solutions.
Assist Education Programme and Catering
o Assist to plan and execute of event or catering event in all process involved.
o Assist Communicate with customers to understand their requirement to ensure service provided meets customer's satisfaction.
o Ensure to deliver the right and good product.
o Monthly Sales report submission to Finance.
