Job ResponsibilityGeneral
-Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
-Define reporting and alerting requirements. Help design, document and maintain system process.
-Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team.
-Troubleshoot the system issues.
-Manage IT software licenses, system user license.
Technology
-Delivering elements of system design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes or other detailede deliverables.
-Responsible, support and assist the current team for new system (RPA, RTAPE,ERP, upgrading system)
Requirement
-Must possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post -Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in IT.
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in IT related fields.
-Required languages (written & spoken): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
-Familiar in IT Network and Servers (LAN/WAN/Windows/CentOS/Linux) will be an added advantage.
-Willing to work after hours when required for Monthly / Quarterly scheduled, maintenance and necessary adhoc work.
-Completed 2 doses of vaccine
