Job Responsibility- Responsible to maintain, troubleshoot database system (Oracle & SQL), the availability and performance, including incident and problem management.
- To perform PPM Database Health Check & Fine Tuning, DB upgrade/ update patches, Capacity Planning & Security Posture Assessment (SPA).
- To perform daily/weekly checklist proactively to ensure EMHIS databases are in good condition. To provide monthly and quarterly reports. To create new and update SOP (Standard of Procedure) documents with the latest info.
- Creating and maintaining database standards and policies as well as supporting database design, creation, and testing activities.
- To perform, verify, modify and ensure database backup and restore are excellent.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
