Job Responsibility- Review letters, agreements, contracts, cause papers support and respond to legal queries from departments within the Group
- Research of legal Issues, authority on various cases and relevant statutory applied
- Report to head department and superior of the progress of files and cases from time to time
- Liaise with the relevant internal department and external lawyer to follow up and monitor on fulfilment and compliance with terms of agreements
- To provide administrative support for Group Legal department
Job Requirements- Preferable secretarial qualification / Diploma / Degree in law
- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in law firm and / or legal environment
- Experienced in handling administration & secretarial job role
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English (Oral / Written)
- Able to work independently, good working attitude, initiative, responsibility, as well as an effective team playe
