Proposed JD:
Digital is responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, monitoring and maintenance of company digital assets and to serve marketing, sales channels and branding to meet its objectives.
Responsibilities
? Manage and maintain company digital assets such as websites, social media, YouTube, LinkedIn
? Perform editing, maintenance and development of company websites as to serve business purposes.
? Manage and strategize digital marketing for the company that may divided into:
o User Experience; web speed, domain authorities, etc
o Paid search; Google Ads and other related Google products; Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Centre and others
o Email-CRM; subscribers and newsletters
o Organic Search (SEO); page and blog
o Social; Tiktok, Facebook, Instragram, Twitter, LinkedIn
o Campaign; Plan and implement digital marketing activities & campaign thru company's digital assets
? Create manage and perform maintenance for Paid Ads; Google ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads
? Responsible of followers & subscriber growth and database management for company assets; social media, YouTube and websites
? Actively seek & evaluate valuates emerging technologies, techniques, tips and tricks related to marketing- sales focused, in order to transfer the know-how to agent sales channel.
? Manage digital marketing content as well as creative graphics and videos. Putting them in order and easily accessible for respective purpose
? Perform editing on websites in related to digital marketing.
? Manage and maintain effective communication thru digital platform; social media, websites, marketplace.
? Cooperate and establish effective communication with internal teams in strategy execution.
? Present reports, analysis result, progress and propose solutions.

? SEO Knowledge
