Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities :
o Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
o Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success.
o Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers on event preparations.
o Lead promotional activities for the event.
o Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.).
o Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
o Analyze the event's success and prepare reports.
Requirements:
o Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
o Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
o Good attendance and excellent work ethic (honest, punctual, reliable, responsible, attention to detail, well-organized, able to meet deadlines).
o Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and etc.
o Able to multitask and do ad-hoc task.
