Job ResponsibilityAssist in managing departments' operations and represent to attend meetings, ensure all align with the Company's objectives and policies, with risk management and interests protected.
Review policies, SOPs, etc. and analyse reports; and conduct discussion with key personnel. Identify the key issues and root causes by providing recommendations and actions plans.
Drive ad hoc projects/assignments with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare letter, email, presentation materials, reports and manage filing system of documents.
Manage superior personal and corporate schedule.
Handle confidential information with highest discretion and high level of integrity.
