Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • To handle livechat and email regarding enquiries or requests.
  • To meet customer's expectation in terms of customer service & information accuracy.
  • To be able to provide information related to technical issues (troubleshooting problem)
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA

Job Requirements
  • High proficiency in English & Bahasa (Both written + Spoken) 
  • Education Qualification: Minimum of SPM with good English communication skills is welcomed to apply!
  • Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply for this role.
  • Customer Service Oriented Personality
  • Must be able to work on rotational shift (9am - 6pm / 10am - 7pm / 11am - 8pm / 12pm - 9pm)
  • Able to start work immediately (Intake date: 10th and 17th August 2020)
  • Experienced in handling livechat would be an added advantage!
  • Able to base in Cyberjaya.
  • Candidate possess own transport is preferred.
