We're looking for an Events Coordinator or aspiring to be required for our Commercial Sales Division.
Job summary
The Events Coordinator, under the guidance and supervision of the Events Managers or any assigned Managers, is responsible for the coordination of the event selling and operations process including external and internal documentation preparation and distribution, such as Proposal Letter, Letter of Agreement or BEO, etc. He/she is also responsible to assist Events Managers or assigned Manager in all aspect related to events.
Requirement
o Presentable, pleasant, and neat appearance.
o Fluent written and spoken English and Malay; additional language i.e., any local / international language is a definite advantage.
o A self-starter, team player and positive role model
o Ability to interact, displays initiative and able to multi-task
o Familiar with business writing correspondence standards and letter writing skills are desirable
o Malaysian Nationality only.
