Job Responsibility1. Manage and coordinate internal and external events in the mall - From set up / preparation, execution to completion.
2. Handle or respond to clients' and shoppers' enquiries - face-to-face, via emails, phones, and social media platforms.
3. Manage internal resources (facilities, manpower) and external resources (contractors, suppliers, preparation of materials etc).
4. Liaise with contractors (set up, layout etc.) and clients to identify their needs (booking, license & payment, facilities, set up, work pass etc) prior to setting up for their events in the mall. Also, to ensure the contractors and clients comply with the mall's Rules and Regulations (SOP).
5. Assist in brainstorming and developing new ideas for mall events (mall-wide campaigns and festive activities) - from concept, set up / preparation, execution to completion.
6. Work together with multiple departments such as M&E, Enforcement, and Account Department for a safe and smooth operation of events and the mall.
7. Assist in the installation of physical in-mall advertisements such as lift posters, sticker standees, LED standee etc.
8. Assist in posting and creating content (including short videos) for our social media, and engage with shoppers.
9. Assist Customer Service Associates / on duty at the Information Counter and Suria Sabah Mobile App Store when required.
