We are looking for an enthusiastic, good organizer, exceptional creativity, analytical, flexible skill Event Executive to join our team.
Your responsibilities are:
1. Helping to organize events within the budget.
2. Propose interesting concepts.
3. Provide proposals and suggestions regarding vendors for events.
4. Organizing the overall event in various aspects of needs.
5. Coordinate with all vendors involved in the event.
6. Arranging the schedule for technical meetings and rehearsals.
7. Develop an overall rundown and determine the job description of each person on the team to organize the event.
8. Evaluate the course of events to improve service.
Requirements:
1.A team player, able to work independently with problem-solving skills, highly meticulous and strong execution abilities strong work ethic and performance-driven and able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills.
2. Min. 3 years of working experience in events.
3. Should be creative enough to come up with interesting ideas regularly.
4. Intelligently coordinate and supervise project prospects
5. Ability to handle stress and work in uncertain hours.
6. Have good PR and multi-tasking.
7. Expert at planning budgets, negotiating and communicating with the clients.
8. Must poses own transportation and be willing to travel (outstation/overseas)
