Job Responsibility
Job Details :
- Perform new customer or partner acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, and outdoor acquisition activities such as directly approaching shops/restaurants/cafes in order to promote company services.
- Participation in outdoor promotional campaigns or events which includes distribution of advertising materials, setting up banners and putting on promotional stickers to the designated shops/businesses.
- Recruit, work with and manage the promoters assigned to perform the promo code activation to increase the awareness on the company services.
- Focus on growing and developing existing partners, recommends process improvements to increase revenue targets.
- Manage the driver registration process and at the same time establish good communication and build relationships with drivers, which includes solving their work related issues.
- Mediate between drivers and customers, processing requests and feedback from passengers and drivers after trips (online or on the phone/ face to face) and tracking the quality of the provided services.

Requirements :
- Min SPM/STPM / Diploma in any field;
- Proactive with ability to communicate in English efficiently as this role will require constant communication with an international coordinator
- Must have hunter mentality & skills to target and convert business partners successfully
- Team player with strong negotiation skills, accountability, self motivated and result oriented;
- Ability to adapt to fast paced environment and new marketplace dynamics;
- Ability to quickly navigate through difficult situations and find non-standard solutions to problems.
