Job Responsibility1. Scheduling and communication of examination timetables and room plans
2. Recruitment and management of invigilation team
3. Ensuring efficient management and supervision of the exam room environment
4. Liaison with the Academic Officer with regards to exam rooming and timetables
5. Oversight and smooth running of all internal and external exams
6. Responding to students' and parents' enquiries with regards to exams
7. Checking and controlling set examination questions
8. Keeping good record of question in questions bank
9. Perform administration duty for examination department
