Job Description
Job Responsibility
Assist and support on day-to-day payment, administrative and any business related.
To accept and execute orders according to client's instructions to purchase and sell shares.
Monitor clients' portfolio, provides market update and maintain good relationship with clients.
Assist in preparing daily report and deliver to superior on daily basis.
Preparing corporate exercise document when required.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Recognized Diploma/ Degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration or professional qualification from an institution recognized by Government of Malaysia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess in good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Relevant knowledge in stockbroking industry will have an added advantage.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin knowledge is an added advantage.
Successful candidates will be required to take for Module 6 & 7 SIDC examination with Securities Commission Malaysia.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
