Job Description


Job Responsibility
Reporting to Customer Service Manager and/ or appointed immediate superior
2. Attend to customers complaints and find solutions to all complaints.
3. To ensure that all daily transportations and shipments are scheduled to customers' needs.
4. To coordinate with all related parties inclusive of customers ensuring shipments in order.
5. To ensure that opening and closing of jobs are done according to requirements.
6. To control all petty cash for upfront payments and must be invoice to customers.
7. To control of Levy and Toll for sub contractor's truck.
8. To help/assisting in arrangement of daily trucks to meet customers' needs.
9. To ensure that all documents are ready for trucks clearance at customs stations.
10.To check/monitor that permits and forms are prepared accordingly to requirements.
11.To ensure the timely of documents to meet import/export and to allow truck waiting.
12.Create a good working environment among staff.
13.Must works independently and always a team player.
14.Must able to undertake other scope like ISO, Safety and others.
15.Above duties & responsibilities instruct by superior may be revised from time to time
