Job ResponsibilityResponsibility:
o Manage a team of technicians to establish and maintain manufacturing control systems for equipment, process, product, automation, and box build.
o Design an optimized manufacturing processes flow to meet customer product quality and delivery.
o Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods driving on quality, cost and yield improvement.
o Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, design layout of equipment, workspace for maximum efficiency and automation implementation.
o Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment/processes related to efficiency, cycle times, capacity and capabilities.
o Coordinate with customers to determine product specifications and design changes.
o Participate in early NPI involvement & new capabilities readiness for mass production.
Requirement:
o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in related field.
o At least 3-year(s) of working experience in engineering programs, major on electronics (PCBA) commodities.
o Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
o Candidate with engineering background under the EMS environment will have added advantage
o Experience in working with customers directly.
