Job Responsibility1. Overall accountable for planning, execution & wrap up of P&A activities and campaigns.
2. Assist with preparation of tender documentation for P&A campaigns.
3. Manage successful contractors during preparation phase and offshore execution phase.
4. Provide support to pursue Technical Excellence, ensuring Quality of P&A designs, equipment and services and verifying compliance to requirements and standards relating to slot recovery & P&A.
5. Identify and recommend new technology and communicate with authorities and partners on technical issues.
6. Prepare and manage P&A activities in compliance with regulations and corporate policy.
7. Assure regulatory and corporate policy compliance.
8. Manage and coordinate the operation onshore, including technical support, logistics and contact with suppliers.
9. Prepare plug and abandonment programs, ensuring that risk management, safety and efficiency satisfy the Client`s HSE Management System. Ensure lessons learned are used during the planning.
10. Initiate the operation in cooperation with the actual platform management, offshore drilling/well operation supervisors.
11. Manage and coordinate the operation onshore, including technical support, logistics, contact with suppliers and contact with the Operations and in-house specialists.
12. Provide QAQC of daily reports, daily support to the offshore supervisors and Team Lead P&A.
13. Follow up the progress in the operation according to plans and initiate corrective steps in cooperation with the offshore supervisors & Team Lead P&A.
14. Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior and Top Management from time to time.
