Job ResponsibilityPosition: Building Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
o Able to perform Simple troubleshoot Issue.
o Attend to Breakdown of Building, water leaking, Compressed Air leaking, exhaust Fan, High Bay Lighting, LED Lighting, Aircond services and ETC.
o Knowledge in General Works in Plumbing Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Construction Facility Management.
o Preventive maintenance on all Building Equipment.
o Water Tanks, Toilet, Grease Trap, water Tap & Etc
o Install or Replace basic Plumbing Fixture, including Sinks, water closet, Urinals and related Accesssories.
o Repair, fits and Maintain building water system, Drainage pipe and other related system.
o Maintain records of Scheduled Maintenance procedures.
o Carry out all Scheduled Maintenance in according with the timeline set.
o Perform Preventative maintenance task as instructed by superior.
o All other adhoc task that assigned by Superior.
Job Requirements:
o Must have minimum of 3 years in Building Maintenance Jobs
o Must have knowledge of Plumbing, General Electrical and building cementing works.
