Job ResponsibilityElectrical Supervisor
Job description:
? Plan, organise and supervise the repair and maintenance of clients' buildings and facilities
? Train, supervise and evaluate the work of assigned technicians; prioritise, schedule and assign work to assigned technicians. Supervise the technicians by providing clear work instructions and observing the performance
? Plan and lay out projects; purchase equipment, materials and supplies according to established procedures
? Assure safe and efficient operation of equipment, working environment and assure compliance with established timeliness
? Monitor progress of contracted work or third party including remodelling, new construction, painting and janitorial services and projects
? Implement standard service offerings and assists with the development of standards and strategy as required
? Prepare and monitor work requests for repair and maintenance and report any maintenance problems
? To maintain and submit all maintenance record
? Conduct periodic inspections of all clients' buildings and facilities to identify and report repairs or maintenance requirement
? Collate and prepare maintenance report
? Perform related duties as assigned
? Provide consultations on related engineering matter
? To perform all other duties and functions as and when assigned by the superiors.
