Job Responsibility

• Responsible for troubleshooting and carrying out minor repairs for the office and any related premises
• Coordinate and carry out scheduled maintenance for the office and any related premises
• Responsible to maintain the company's assets and inventory management
• Responsible to supervise maintenance / repair works carried out by contractors
• Responsible for purchasing items / tools used for the office and any related premises
• Inventory management
• Conduct regular safety & security inspection on related items or installations
• Other relevant works as and when required / instructed

Job Requirements

• A technical skill certificate holder from technical / vocational institution or equivalent
• Have basic knowledge in electrical
• Knowledge in servicing air condition will be an advantage 
• Able to understand and speak basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum 2 years' experience in similar field
• Valid driving licenses (car and motorcycles)
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Full time (1 year contract - renewable)
