Job Responsibility1. Develop a progressive electrical maintenance plan that ensures production goals meet or exceed required Targets.
2. Maintain up to date electrical maintenance history for all assigned assets.
3. Schedule work orders related to routine maintenance (predictive and preventive) and corrective maintenance, identifying and securing the required resources (maintainers, materials, spare parts, tools, instruments and equipment), time involved, safety recommendations, procedures and technical information.
4. Monitor and control the backlog.
5. Develop and validate with operations the weekly maintenance schedule.
6. Open and close all scheduled work orders.
7. Develops a long and short range work plan.
8. Analyze the deviations reported by maintenance supervisors, identifying the causes and propose corrective actions to minimize and / or update maintenance plans.
9. Ensure bill of materials (BOM's) and associated part lists (APL's) are updated regularly, based on OEM suppliers and maintenance personnel.
10. Maintain a high commitment to personal safety and integrity of the environment and equipment during the planning of work orders.
11. Coordinate the activities of Parts Coordinators to ensure alignment with planning, scheduling, execution and Supply Chain.
12. Recommend the updating of the maintenance guidelines in accordance with information provided by maintenance supervisors and supplies (materials, parts and times).
o Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering discipline
o Minimum of 7 years' working experience with experience in oil and gas industry will be an added advantage
