Job Responsibility- To monitor or supervise a group of security personnel day to day operation and administration.
- To monitor or assign a group of security personnel of duty rosters, overtime and attendances.
- To record of any unusual happeningsa and report to Executive/ HOD.
- Respond to all emergencies, record all unusual incidences in log book and promptly notify the relevant Authorised personnel and superior.
- To ensure only authorised persons to enter the premises and maintain proper control of visitors/contractors at all times.
- Ensure proper monitoring of persons entering or leaving the building and to take an appropriate action of any suspicious act or movement.
- Ensure physical monitoring and inspection of all goods and raw material loading/off loading and, recorded.
- To enforce no illegal parking within factory compound and no employees smoking during office hour.
- To maintain high standard of housekeeping in guard house and area surrounding guard house.
- Ensure all the relevant company policy compliance. (e.g. quality, environmental, safety and health procedures, rules and regulations)
- Assist to maintain close liasion and cooperation with the local authorities, especially the Police, Bomba and local councils.
- To perform other duty & responsibility which the company or superior may assign from time to time.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall Security of Company Plant.
- Security patrol devise function accurately.
- Ensure team of security guards carried out daily patrolling on time without fail.
- Must plan and update security guards monthly roster promptly and accurately.
- To lead with good example on a team of security guard.
Job Requirements- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Occuational Safety and Health management
- Certified Safety & Health Officer with greenbook by DOSH/JKKP
