Job Responsibility

• Responds to customer web inquiries regarding online sales of products and services, merchandise, and promotions.
• Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and recommend various product and service options that are available.
• Customers engagement by monitoring feedback and communicating with customers to successfully complete the transaction.
• Monitor all daily failed or unconfirmed sales orders for follow up and review
• Establish customer database for `Post-Purchase' networking for future sales promotions and new products and services.
• Coordinate with HOD / E-commerce Specialist for sales documentation (i.e., Invoice. Delivery Order, Job sheet, etc).
• Coordinate logistics requirement with Factory and Warehouse for deliveries and installations.
• Liaise with the Digital Marketing Team to appreciate the Content postings via social media/platform to enable servicing online inquiries.
• Complete all customer inquiries/boots listing, base on daily timeline set by platform
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager

Job Requirements

• Language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Process own transportation.
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday  (when event day must be online even during holiday).
• With or without experience

Job Benifits

• Salary range: RM1800 - RM2300.
