Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible to set up, optimize the all online stores and help to achieve sales targets
Manage daily e-commerce operations, store decoration, promotion submission
Knowledge of e-commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be use to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce website/portals.
Set standards, system, and best practices for new product listing, content, creation, distribution and maintenance.
Work closely with other teams (product management, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-commerce platforms.
Provide support in others area of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spread sheets to stay organized.
Language proficiency: At least fluent (speak & write) in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English is an advantage

Job Requirements
At least Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, E-commerce, or equivalent
Strong understanding of e-commerce analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Strong PROBLEM-SOLVING skills, initiative, attention to detail,
Strong sense of responsibility, leadership capabilities and able to work under pressure.
Knowledge on internet (e-commerce, marketing, web content writing & marketing strategies)
Fresh Grade is welcome
Ability to multitask and meet deadline while maintaining attention to details
