Job Description
Job Responsibility
To handle company's all e-commerce listing and marketing related activities
To plan and execute campaigns for our e-commerce platforms and social media.
To conduct market research and monitor competition active
Website content management such as data entry, new product listing, and management new marketing campaign.
Performing online sales and marketing activities and sales strategies to achieve sales target
Customer service such as reply to customers online enquiries and to work together with online marketplace relationship manager to boost online marketplace sales.
Manage social media to generate interest and monitor activity
To conduct live sales session to promote company's products and services on social media as well as marketplaces.
To handle marketing events organized by our company to drive eyeballs and sales.
Any ad-hoc marketing related task assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
A diploma or degree in Marketing or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce field will be given priority. Fresh graduates but with a little IT knowledge in handling e-commerce marketplace stores like Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop are encouraged to apply.
Experience in running marketplace stores like Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop including product listing optimization, running campaign, optimizing platform paid ads and etc.
Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc would be a bonus
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities
Available to work immediately is highly preferred
Experience/ knowledge in using photo editing tools like Canva and Photoshop is preferred.
Able to work in a team environment.
Able to work extended working hours if required, based on ongoing project.
