Job Responsibilityo Lead and drive the E-Commerce Department.
o Develop detailed E-Commerce strategies to drive the brand and presence on various e-commerce channel to deliver sales target and grow market share in Malaysia.
o Incorporate creative business thinking & planning and innovative marketing program on various platforms to build market penetration, drive offtake and ensure healthy business growth.
o Assess current market condition to identify current status & desired levels in a dynamic way.
o Monitoring the day-to-day activity on various channel and its overall performance to achieve overall goals, such as improving user experience, increasing traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty etc.
o Ensure all key campaigns proceed as planned without any disruptions to pricing/promotions/stock availability
o Generate monthly reporting to track business performance. Prepare Report and analyze sales results/ROI and identify opportunities to maximize ROI on spend.
