PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
To manage picking orders, issue sales invoice, delivery planning, picking checking, maintain 3PL accounts.
Assist e-commerce manager to manage e-store sales and expenses
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To ensure timely and accurate delivery by coordinating with all other relevant departments;
Process and manage customers Daily Orders placed through phone calls, emails or dedicated sales database system, issuance of Delivery Orders and Invoices;
Propose new product listing base on customers' feedback
Manage inventory in warehouse, ensuring stocks are in good quality and within valid shelf life.
Manage, maintain, update and ensure all accuracy for all records, files, material, inventories and actual stock count;
Monitor closely performance of the logistics and transportation service providers' in terms of quality, delivery and service.
Manage new project for e-Commerce accounts, logistics and transportation network optimization;
Work closely with marketing team to promote e-store to potential customers
Manage social media and response to customers' enquiries
COMPETENCIES
Degree/Diploma holder/SPM qualification with marketing or e-commerce experience of more than 1 years;
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook& Email correspondence;
Good Learning attitude & self-discipline;
Mature, responsibility & able to work with minimum supervision.
Will be 6 working days (Weekends)- Same as retail
Willing to work on weekends
