Job ResponsibilityDuties and Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for daily e-commerce operation for our webstore, Shopee, Lazada. This includes daily operation task such as order processing and fulfilment, inventory management and customer enquiries.Implement and handle E-Commerce platform's order and inquiries from all the online portals. (In-House Website, App, Shopee, Lazada & etc).
2) Work with sales & operation team to ensure backend such as pricing, product listings, campaign banners and collaterals, and inventory of products, etc are up to date. Regularly review information database for accuracy and completeness.
3) Perform general administrative such as filing, controlling documents, timely administrative reporting, manage inventories and checking inwards and outwards stocks.
4) Handle customer enquiries/ chats from all the online portals.
5) Attend to calls, text messages and email from customers and suppliers.
6) Liaise and coordinate with customers on sales enquiry, quotation, order processing and deliveries arrangement, resolving complaints and timeline to ship out.
7) Performing other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
