Job Description
Job Responsibility
E-Commerce Management
Manage Online Travel Agent (OTA) channels, liaise with OTA person-in-charge from Agoda, Booking.com and more
Monitor and adjust pricing, promotion, room allotments ensuring that maximum revenue yield is achieve VS rooms available for 4 properties with additional properties coming
Manage OTA back end systems and channel management system
Work with Marketing to develop, implement and track e-commerce strategies that will help drive revenue growth
Social Media Management
Managing Online Customer Service alongside the Marketing team by investigating and replying sales and room booking related enquiries from social media such as Facebook, Instagram, the hotel website, OTA websites and any other online channels
Manage and maintain the company website, Facebook and online travel agent website.
IT Management
Oversee new hardware and software installation, maintenance and enhancements on an on-going basis
Define and improve all IT system and network operation and front-end web programming processes
To provide technical support and ensure all IT infrastructure are in order inclusive of MacOS/OSX, Windows OS, hotel management system, network printers, server access, anti-virus update/upgrade, internet gateway, company emails, firewall, online payment gateways and other devices implemented in the future
Job Requirements
Has a minimum of 2-3 years in E-Commerce or IT-field
Will be based on HQ (located in PJ) but will be expected to travel within Klang Valley, Ipoh and Penang
Has excellent problem solving skills and critical thinking
Good organizer of work flow and tasks
Having a working knowledge of managing Hotel/Property Management Systems and having a history of managing Online Travel Agents and programming in C# will be an added advantage for the candidate.
