Job Responsibility- To manage daily operation of the whole retail store.
- To monitor closely products expiry date & to feedback for remedial action.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment.
- Strong people management skills and through understanding of performance management.
- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the store.
- Able to manage store inventory, stocks and e-commerce platform.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Must have
- Good command of verbal and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- If able to speak in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Must be efficient, on time, good attitude, friendly and enjoy meeting people.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, customer-oriented and a strong team player.
- Store management experience for a retailer or hospitality.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment.
