Job ResponsibilityRole:.
- Successfully recruit a minimum of Ten (10) Driver-Partners every month commencing from the date of this Agreement.
- Face-to-face Recruit/Verification of Driver-Partner
- To assist leads (who applied but did not complete the process) in guiding them to complete the sign up process until activation and provide assistance where required.
- Verifying, inspecting and certifying each Driver-Partners necessary documents, which includes driving license, public service vehicle (PSV) license, insurance cover notes and/or a copy of the car grant, and roadtax expiry date;
- Analyze trends and results of each channel on a periodic basis, identifying root cause of non-performance and providing recommendations on how to boost performance.
- Complete daily operational tasks in a timely manner
- Any other duties assigned to you by your Supervisor
