Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities:
o Understand and draw the structural detailed drawing and civil type layout for fibre installation works.
o Assist engineers to develop working and coordination drawing for execution
o Know and apply the procedure of input data, preparation of drawing, revision and issuance of drawings, filing of drawings & etc.
o Modify drawing as and when required by the customer or project team
o Database owner for all fibre / FTTH related information
o Ensure All Site Data / Detail / Photo Are Collected from Site Supervisor for Technical Proposal (TP) Preparation.
o Involve in Technical Proposal and BOQ review and approval
o Plans and prepares drawings in Autocad/Visio/MapInfo/Google earth for implementation of new, and removal or rearrangement of existing, overhead or underground routes, cables, and infra to obtain optimum and economical utilization of communications facilities.
o Prepares the work package (Scope of work) to share with implementation team & contractor
o Outside Plant detailed (OSP) design of physical fiber optics network based on Access transmission planners' requirements for coverage, capacity, and redundancy.
Requirements:
o Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
o At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
o Required skill(s): AutoCAD
o Have the ability to read and understand engineering drawings & construction detailing.
o Experience in Utility field preferred
o Able to work from rough sketches and specifications by engineers
o In depth knowledge of OSP and FTTH solutions.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills and team player
o Applicants must be willing to work at Kuantan, Pahang
