Job summary
The Doorman, under the guidance and supervision of the Guest Service Manager / Supervisor - Concierge, is responsible in arrival and departure activities in the Concierge department operation such as opening and closing of car doors, carrying items, providing directions and others. He should exude a commanding yet welcoming charm at the port cochere of the main resort lobby.
Requirement
o Neat, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
o Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay; additional language i.e., additional language/s (local) is definite advantage.
o Performing a similar position for at least 1 year in a similar hotel.
o Pleasant and cheerful attitude
o Able to work on shift
o Malaysian Nationality only.
