Job Responsibility- Report to HSE Manager
- Closely monitor on documents change request (if any).
- To keep file documents in physical and digital records.
- Create templates for future use.
- Retrieve file as requested by other department.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.
- Keep record and follow up closure for PHI, OVMSA, OVID, ISO, ISM, etc.
- Prepare ad-hoc documents or report as requested by HOD.
- Monitor flow of documentation within organization.
- Check of accuracy and update files if necessary.
- Keep record on vessel monthly report.
- Prepare bridging document as requested.
- To assist chartering in update tendering document.
- Tracking job completion ticket.
- Assist to arrange and coordinate internal/external audit.
- Other related duties as assigned by the reporting Manager.
