Job Description
Job Responsibility
Manage the execution of both online & office marketing strategies, based on objectives, action plans and budget. This needs to complement retail, social media and public relations strategies and activities.
To understand customers' and audiences' interest & buying behavior and create contents that are in line with their likings. Raise brand awareness and generate online leads.
Assist in the development of both online & offline marketing and promotional activities / campaigns.
Manage relationship with retail sales team to execute social media activities effectively
Prepare marketing monthly ads report and media coverage compilation.
Competitive analysis when required to identify potential opportunities or competitors
Continuous development and presentation of marketing ideas and strategies.
Optimizing the company's digital marketing channels to communicate branding and campaigns including social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Google Ads management, Facebook Ads management, SEO & SEM and Copywriting
Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
Analyze and report social media program status detailing key insights, popular content topics, community quotes and growth metrics (revenue, user acquisition, reach, engagement).
Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications.
Must have at least 1 - 3 years of working experience in digital marketing
Required Skill(s): Social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Google Ads management, Facebook Ads management, SEO & SEM and Copywriting
Experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads and/or display advertising campaigns
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Creativity and innovative thinking in terms of social media marketing
Proven experience in social and digital marketing and digital savvy with strong knowledge of digital landscape.
Deep knowledge of social media marketing, campaign management and content strategy?
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, organization skills and detail-oriented
