Job Responsibility
Job Description:
- Managing, reporting on, optimizing, responsible for digital platform governance, and to perform daily activities of the digital marketing assets and campaigns, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Display Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, and other media mix and Ads operation.
- Responsible for conversion rate optimization, to drive MoM sustainable conversion leads growth while ensuring a healthy CPL. Responsible for key performance KPIs including conversion rate, CPL, traffic, CTR, sessions, bounce rate, and other relevant KPIs. Responsible for constant search terms refining initiative to drive and improve quality daily traffic and develop strategic keywords for targeting expansion.
- Managing and responsible for marketing automation, including Customer Lifecycle optimization improving lead pull, funnel engagement, social media automation, user/vendor personalization & segmentation, omnichannel synergy.
- Constantly keep abreast with the latest digital products/ channels/ platforms / digital media to attempt new learnings and ideas.
- Be proactive to create continuous process flow improvement, identify new market trends and threats, competitors study, and develop new strategic opportunities to the management team.
- Website Management - Google Analytics, SEO, Lead Generation Campaigns, Google Adwords, Data Analysis and Reporting, Insights on Web Enhancement. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Email Marketing - Content, A/B Testing, Managing Customer Database.
- Sentiment and Data Monitoring - Social Studio, Google Trends, Booleans, Keywords Research, Competitors Analysis.
- Analyses ecommerce business success, performance and reporting including web analytics. Uses consumer insights to develop future marketing strategies.
- Manage digital media buys budget diligently, targeting, grouping and tracking of digital ads across all platforms: Google, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
- Social media -digital media management to drive engagement and growth within online community/group.

Requirement:
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Advertising/Media, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience on digital & social media and digital campaign management, understanding of marketing principles and consumer database management.
- Highly creative and immersed with data with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Able to work independently with strong leadership skill to strategise the department.
- Must enjoy working in a start-up environment and attending a wide range of events.
