Job Responsibilityo Develop and execute content for marketing initiatives, corporate communication, public relation, and marketing collaterals.
o Work collaboratively with various parties to ensures a smooth flow of information, successful delivery of communication plans seamless coordination.
o To oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy to support the company's overall strategies and objectives.
o Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with organizational goals.
o Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
o Drive change across the organization with regard to elements such as social media, digitization, data analytics, and export.
o Responsible for new product development and market research.
o Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press, etc)
o Oversee the marketing department and total marketing strategies for the organisation.
o Stronghold in integrating various marketing disciplines including but not limited to retail, branding, sales, communications, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce on food aggregator platforms, PR, media, creative and consumer experience.
o Develop strong brand communications and identifying the best channels to target consumers.
o Managing and optimising marketing budgets to ensure healthy financials.
o Skilled in data analysis, consumer and market insights to determine the best results-oriented approach.
o Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practise
o Knowledge in Facebook Ads / Youtube Ads / Instagram Ads / TikTok Ads / Google Adsense.
o Planning and executing digital marketing strategies to achieve the growth plan of the company.
o Identify commercial opportunities for growth or profitability.
o Work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders while leading a team.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
o Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional, Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
o At least 2 year(s) of working experience specialized in Marketing/ Business Development or equivalent.
o 2+ years of paid search and paid social experience including PPC, Classified and social media ads.
o Manager ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, meet deadlines, and provide high -quality work.
o Creative yet analytical mindset.
o Experience with marketing and website analytics.
