A Digital Marketing Executive plays a very crucial and specific role as a part of the Digital Marketing & Analytics team.
What you'll do:
o Develop actionable sales strategy plans, create creative content to identify market opportunities.
o Build and maintain content exposure in all social media presence.
o Measures and reports performance of all online & offline campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
o Optimise spending and performance based on the insights.
o Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
o Brainstorms with the sales & creative team on new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
o Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
o Analyse and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
o Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimise user funnels.
o Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners (if needed).
o Learn and keep updated with the latest digital media and methods.
o Participate in product launching preparations
What we need from you:.
o Any candidate in other professions with at least two years of Digital Marketing/ Social Media Marketing/ Content Marketing experience is encouraged to apply.
o Possess adequate knowledge of social media platforms, web proficiency.
o Good analytical skills and mindset.
o Must be willing to travel to Penang as and when needed
o Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
o Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
o Experience in writing articles, blogs, or newsletters.
o Experience in creating content schedules.
