Job Responsibility
Job Summary
You will be responsible for detail-oriented and possess great analytical skills to be a part of our motivated and driven marketing team. You will be expected to assist in preparing and implementing strategies to build the organization's presence on social media while having the chance to explore different marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities
1. Social Media
- Work closely with internal creative team, content writer, web development team to ensure google ads campaigns are improving visibility and driving conversion goals.
- Generate weekly, monthly Ad performance reporting and any analysis report on the campaigns.
- Responsible for managing social media content such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and other digital marketing channels to ensure optimised performance, updated content and leads generation.
- Plan and schedule social media content to drive traffic and lead engagement.
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and daily activities for social media platforms and company websites.
- Managing daily Facebook enquiries and responding to follower's comments to ensure high responsiveness and client engagement.
- Research, monitor & analyse and track the effectiveness of content / online campaigns.
- Work closely with other cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of all marketing plans and activities.
- Marketing strategies for the Marketing team, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
- Set, monitor and report on team goals and report to the marketing director.
- Publish company product advertisements on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Liaise with customers, manage customers and place orders.
- Follow up and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Understanding the full product range, serve as product specialist.

2. Youtube Strategist
- Assist to develop, execute & monitor initiatives to increase conversions, revenue & profitability from Google Advertising
- Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, analytic, display, social, programmatic)
- Keep up with the trends, lead performance marketing and social media teams to execute on online marketing campaigns and use metrics-driven measurements to deliver the best outcome, optimise for ROU and budget in each marketing channel

3. Content Provider
- To research on the subject matter based on the creative brief and event concept.

4. General Function
- Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior or management

*Competencies Required*
Fresh graduate encourage to apply or 2 year experience in the same field

*Skills & Abilities*
- Candidates skilled in SEM/Google Display Network/Google Analytics
- Up-to-date with the latest trends & best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Possesses a strong sense of responsibility.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and experience in Facebook Advertising / Digital Marketing
- A team player who is self-motivated and result oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- A Highly motivated and fast learner is needed.
