POSITION : DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE
DEPARTMENT: MARKETING

REPORT TO : HEAD. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
1. Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
2. Manage social media quarterly schedule.
3. Write copywriting for social media engagement
4. Engage and visit other peers social media to increase brand awareness
5. Work closely with Creative Designer to roll out campaigns across all consumer touch points.
6. Evaluate and recommend new online marketing opportunities and technologies
7. Oversee monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews for managed clients, focusing on executive-level impact and recommendation summaries
8. Improve, troubleshoot, quality test and continually monitor website and online presence
9. Plan and execute all performance marketing, (SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns)
10. Assist with the creation of internal documentation for SME Grant Initiatives application related to customers and Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN)
11. Design, develop and launch email marketing campaigns including the development of segment lists, emails and associated landing pages
12. Increase marketing effectiveness through targeted and data-driven lead generation and lead nurturing tactics
13. Arrange and execute series of webinars with prospective clients
14. Be a team player to participated in any offline marketing campaign or related events
