Job Responsibility

• Understand well the products and provide details about the products knowledge to customers.
• Handle inquiries from the customers.
• Advertise and update company products on social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram.
• Reply and follow up with customers regarding their products purchase from social media.
• Maintain good relationship with existing and new customers.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / STPM graduates / College graduates in the related field.
• Willing to learn and passionate about online marketing.
• Must have a proactive, enthusiastic and fast learner.
• Hardworking and able to work independently.
