Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o Manage and coordinate SMS, Telegram, Mobile App and Digital Screen content.
o Responsible in handling Mobile App, Digital Screen, SMS and Gift Card system.
o Collaborate with Digital Media and Marketing Services team on the company's online and in-store marketing campaigns.
o Responsible for all aspects of projects, including meeting deadlines, approval channels and procedures and tracking/monitoring procedures.
o Engages external providers to resolves any issues in the functionality and interoperability of new applications, infrastructure and other services with existing IT systems.
Requirements:
o Bachelor Degree or Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
o Good interpersonal skills, leadership qualities and good organizational ability.
o Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently.
o Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good communication skills both written and spoken.
o Minimum 2 years relevant experience in digital content marketing including mobile marketing and social media, preferably in retail industry.
