Roles & Responsibility
- To contact potential or existing customers to promote and sell Tradingpost.com.au and products and solutions
- To serve customers by providing accurate product and service information, to resolve customer's issues if any
- To maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and actively add on customers
- To assist commercial customers with a focus on growing the revenue of the account list. Commission is earned when able to create own account list.
- To communicate with customer regularly via phone call and email and to ensure their advertising on TradingPost is doing well.
