Job ResponsibilityTo ensure that all aspects of sales and operational tasks in the section are reported timely to their immediate superior. As Department Supervisor need to also ensure that they are knowledgeable of the items which are on sale and upselling items at all time. As Department Supervisor need to be someone who is committed and energetic towards achieving Company goals and development plans.
1. Report to the Operations Executive or Store Manager for all aspects of sales and operational tasks in the section.
2. Assist Operation Executives to ensure the section of the store are well organized.
3. Achieve monthly sales target and ensure profitability of the store.
4. Inform immediate superior if the stock is low and to replenish stocks.
5. Be knowledgeable of the items on sale and up-sells at all times.
6. Promote and sell brand merchandise via managing and understand customer's need and requirement in a professional manner.
7. Build good relationship with customers. Able to provide high degree of customer satisfaction ensuring feedback from all parties is favorable.
8. Training, monitor and running Cashier duties.
9. To perform and other duties with in the department as and when assigned by immediate superior.
